My little guy is fully recovered from his icky stomach bug, and he’s in the mood to eat. So am I so I’m planning on cooking a lot this weekend. Tonight I’m making Scott Peacock’s meatloaf recipe (we’re craving comfort food!). On Sunday, we’re going to a cookout and I’m fixing my favorite Sangria — it has fresh peaches and fresh lime juice! — as well as something delish for dessert. For Mason, I’m whipping up several new purees — Beef & Apples, Apricot & Sweet Potato, and Sweet Potato with Raisins & Cinnamon — but I can’t decide what he should try first. Thoughts?
